“We are the Nate Family. Rick, Josey, and Ezra. We have been married for almost 3 years and we just welcomed Ezra to our family this February. We live just over the border from Evanston, in Woodruff, Utah working on a large cattle ranch. Rick is native to WY and Josey SE Idaho. Horses have been a huge part of both our lives. We both grew up riding horses and chasing cows from a young age. Rick and his family have raised their own horses for years. Clara is one of the last of these. Since we have been married, we have talked about starting our own program, breeding and selling good, minded horses. Clara is our first offering to the public and we couldn’t be prouder. We expose our horses to all aspects of ranching and head to the arena as often as permits to refine all skills. Outside of Clara, we have raised mainly quarter horses and of the dozen horses we own more than half are home grown. We each have our preferred horses, but we enjoy having the dispositions that have enough go for Rick to get a job done and are kind enough for Josey to ride confidently. We are excited for the future of our program and hope that Clara will be a great reflection of the qualities we value!”
